How to find a service
simsim is a free directory of home and public services in Lebanon. There are no accounts and no bookings — you find someone and message them directly.
1. Browse by category
Open Explore and pick a category — cleaning, plumbing, electrical, AC, painting, and more. You'll see providers that cover your area.
2. Or just search
Open Search and type what you need in Arabic, French, or English. simsim's AI search reads plain language and points you to the right providers. (More in Using AI search.)
3. Filter by area and language
Narrow the list to your area, and to the language a provider speaks — AR, FR, or EN.
4. Open a profile
Tap a provider to see their services, the areas they cover, languages, photos of past work, and when we last verified them.
5. Reach out on WhatsApp
Tap the WhatsApp button to open a chat with a short message already written for you. You arrange the details directly with the provider.
